Ben will focus on increasing fundings in Crystal’s corporate channel, and Simon will provide support to the firm’s broker distribution.
Joining from Bathgate Business Finance, Ben has almost 20 years of experience in the industry.
Meanwhile, Simon brings extensive expertise to the firm, gained from his previous roles at lender, broker and SME firms.
