Steve joins the specialist lender from Roma Finance where he was a sales director.
He has over 24 years of property finance expertise, having started his career at the Bank of Scotland in 1997 where he worked in mainstream banking.
Steve then became a professional broker, a role held for seven years.
In the years that followed, Steve specialised in property finance while holding several senior positions at lenders, such as Shawbrook Bank and Glenhawk.
As head of sales, Steve will be responsible for leading and growing the Cheshire-based finance provider’s national sales team.

In April, the business reported its highest number of enquiries on record during Q1 2023, with almost £89m of applications progressed.
