Aiman joins fellow senior BDM, Shahed Popat, to reinforce the sales team for the bridging lender.
He spent the last two years at KSEYE as a bridging BDM and brings experience and knowledge to his new position.

Blue Square Capital has steadily expanded its loan book over the last year and Aiman commented, “There is genuine ambition to grow at the company and I look forward to being an integral part of its development”.

The company has recently completed a number of bridging loans of various sizes within its parameters of £100,000 to £5m.
The lender offers up to 70% LTV at OMV on both first- and second-charge bridges.
