Viktor returns to Aviva — following a previous role in the firm’s global REIT team between 2019 and 2021 — and leaves his most recent role as an equity analyst at Patrizia within its infrastructure team.
He has seven years of industry experience having started his career at Timbercreek Asset Management in Zurich, Switzerland as part of its global real estate securities team.
Rebecca joins the company from American Express after spending the past six months as a senior financial analyst focused on investment optimisation.

She also spent three years as a DC investment analyst at Hymans Robertson.
Both Viktor and Rebecca will report directly to David Hedalen, head of real assets research at the firm (pictured above).
