In her new role, she will be managing the loan book for the company and assisting borrowers with their post-completion queries, working alongside and reporting to the head of servicing, Amy Rickman.

Sophie has over 12 years’ customer service experience in various roles at Liverpool Victoria, Nationwide and Positive Lending.
