Martyn — who has 10 years of experience and joins the specialist lender from Market Finance Solutions (MFS) — will work closely with the lender’s sales development director Jon Sturgess and the rest of the origination team to develop new and existing relationships located in the North.
Meanwhile, Paul will be responsible for performing risk analysis as part of the credit process for prospective borrowers seeking commercial mortgages.

Before joining TAB, Paul — who has over 20 years of experience — previously worked at Redwood Bank as a risk manager.
