The appointments bring the number of staff recruited through the GRS to 15, with all joining as graduate underwriters which includes a comprehensive internal training programme while gaining immediate experience by supporting the underwriting team and managing their own caseloads under supervision.
Further appointments into the GRS programme will be made before the end of the year to support the lender’s planned growth.
