Ortus launches new five-year commercial mortgage product




Alternative finance provider Ortus Secured Finance has today revealed its new five-year commercial mortgage product, adding to its flexible financing solutions for businesses.

p>This new product combines the stability of a long-term mortgage with the swiftness and adaptability of bridging finance, offering commercial property investors and owner-occupiers a flexible alternative.  

The product can be used for facilities between £500,000 to £25m and has a maximum LTV of 65% LTV. 

It also has an ICR 100% from 5.5% + BBR.
