In his new role, Paul will be responsible for managing the firm’s funding lines, driving growth, and progressing the company’s strategic objectives.
Paul has over two decades’ experience in real estate investment and finance and prior to joining MERA he held positions at Chancerygate Ltd, CBRE Investment Management and SEGRO plc.
He has overseen full accounting and finance functions, managed financial structures for development projects, and provided strategic input into key business initiatives.

During his tenure at SEGRO plc, Paul managed crucial business functions across multiple European markets, supported asset growth, and successfully transitioned to an unsecured debt model through bond placement — his work contributed to the growth of the venture from €1bn to around €6.5bn assets under management in under seven years while generating income returns in excess of 5%.
Commenting on his new appointment, Paul said: “I am delighted to be joining MERA at such an exciting stage in their growth.
“My track record in managing complex financial structures and providing strategic direction aligns perfectly with the company’s goals, and I am looking forward to contributing to MERA’s significant impact in the real estate lending space.”
