Enness Global reports application increase in H1 of this year

Enness Global has recorded a 2.1% year-on-year growth in finance applications in its 2024 H1 performance results.

The total number of applications hit a total of £5.3bn, with an average loan amount of £3m.

Throughout H1 of this year Enness also expanded its international client base, with the company processing applications from clients of 54 different nationalities, spanning 47 different home markets.

Enness currently has offices in Dubai, Monaco, Switzerland, The Channel Islands and the UK.

In May of this year Enness launched its new range of HNW services, while the firm also hired a new head of Scotland

Commenting on the results Islay Robinson, CEO at Enness Global (pictured above), commented: “Our performance in the first half of the year is extremely encouraging, especially given the subdued market outlook and performance commentary that continues to be reported across the UK mortgage market.

“The growth in international mortgage applications for super prime property reinforces our relentless focus on serving the needs of high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

“I am particularly pleased that we have delivered this performance whilst simultaneously expanding our portfolio to incorporate the provision of high-value insurance and protection.

“As well as the launch of a new range of high-net-worth services, including company formation and corporate structure support, and succession planning for internationally minded individuals navigating government approved citizenship and residency channels.”
