Offa appoints three new senior staff




Shariah compliant finance firm, Offa has appointed three new senior staff members.

Qasim Sajad has been recruited as the firm’s new senior home finance manager.

He has over 12 years’ experience in Islamic banking including sales, team management, supervisory training, and staff development, and prior to joining Offa, he was part of the sales management team at Al Rayan Bank.

Saalik Haleem joins Offa as senior intermediary and product manager and carries 11 years’ experience in the Islamic finance industry and was part of the same sales team as Qasim at Al Rayan Bank.

Finally, Dominic Squires has joined the lender as head of compliance and money laundering reporting officer for BTL and bridge.

Dominic has worked within financial services for over 20 years, with 16 of those in the compliance space. He has worked across a variety of firms, from international banks to fintechs.
