Each employee has moved into the new roles following the merger of its relationship manager and senior relationship manager positions.
The four new business development directors are Sarah Blackwood (pictured above), Michael Brown, Neil Jackson and Tom Hunt.
Sarah covers member firms in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the North East of England; while Michael will be seeing over London and the South East.
Meanwhile Neil will work through the East Midlands, the East of England, North West and Wales, while Tom will also be covering London, as well as the West Midlands and the South West.
