Mo Parmar, specialist finance account manager at InterBay, took the initial enquiry on 8th July, with the case taking 14 weeks to complete providing a 10 year interest financial solution.
According to InterBay, the client has adapted their business model to cater for the evolving occupier needs, after they had seen a shift in the workplace market to meet the demand for workspaces centred on amenity and wellbeing.
The two office locations, Great Suffolk Yard and The Risborough, cover over 80,000 square footage between them and both have a BREEAM ‘excellent’ certifications and an EPC A rating.
The deal was assisted by the legal team at Paris Smith.
