Sam’s arrival means the lender now has six BDMs including the recently appointed, Shaun Persaud.
Sam joins CHL Mortgages from London-based brokerage Coreco where he spent five years working in a number of positions, including roles in client services and key accounts, as well as a spell as a BDM.

Commenting on his appointment, Sam said: “My previous roles working for a broker company have given me an invaluable insight into how the broker world works.
“I’m looking forward to getting to know my broker partners and helping them to place their specialist BTL cases.”
