New judging process:

This year, we’ve revamped the judging process to make it faster, simpler, and more engaging for everyone involved. Thanks to valuable feedback from industry professionals, we’ve eliminated lengthy testimonials and complicated submissions. Instead, it’s all about voting based on real industry experience and tangible achievements over the past year.

Here’s how the new process works:

1. Sign up to become a Judge

From today (3rd February), we’ll be accepting the first 50 lenders and 250 brokers to register as Judges. This is your chance to help determine the top individuals and companies across all categories.

2. One Judge per company

To ensure fairness and transparency, only one person per company can sign up to vote as a Judge. We’ll be verifying this, and duplicate entries will be removed. Please use your company email address when registering. We will not accept personal email addresses.

3. Confirmation and voting access

Once verified as a Judge, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a one-time password (OTP) to access the voting platform. You’ll then be able to vote for the nominees you believe deserve to win, based purely on their achievements over the last year.

4. Experience-driven voting

This year, voting is focused purely on your personal experience — no long testimonials required. Simply choose the nominees who you believe have had the biggest impact in the industry.

5. Final results

After voting closes on 17th March, your votes will shape the final shortlist, which will be revealed on 24th March.
