The new offices are situated in Hardman Square in the heart of Manchester’s business district.
The premises will primarily be used by UTB’s lending divisions, including bridging, property development, mortgages, asset finance, and structured property finance.
The offices will become a base for UTB’s BDMs in the North of England and a place to hold meetings with brokers and customers.

Mark Stokes, chief commercial officer at UTB, commented: “We have supported brokers and customers in the North of England for many years and it’s an important market we want to develop further.
“We already have a growing number of business development and underwriting staff permanently based outside of London in the Midlands and the North and we believe now is the right time to have a base where staff can work in an office environment when needed as well as somewhere comfortable and private to meet with brokers and customers.”
