According to DPT, the appointments are part of a growth strategy that has seen the business land several new lenders over the last 12 months, while also changing its name to DPT Monitoring Surveyors from TecCre8 Services, while also creating a new website.
Tim Coulston, managing director at DPT Monitoring Surveyors, said: “Over the last 12 months the business has grown rapidly, mirroring the rise in small, medium and largescale property development projects taking place across the UK.
“With the increase in lending, whether short or term, risk mitigation and investment security become more important then ever and we need to be in a place to service all lenders and their clients with quick, accurate reporting.
“This means we need the right people, and Stephen and Conor are very welcome additions to our ever-growing team.”
