The firm, composed of specialist lender West One and specialist finance brokerage Aria Finance, has almost doubled in size since the end of 2021, with the headcount now standing at 300 employees.
Alex brings more than 25 years of HR and people leadership experience and will lead the expansion of Enra’s HR functions and strategies.
Previously, she led the HR team at London Luton Airport, overseeing the company’s growth from 300 employees to more than 1,000 over a period of eight years.
