The new hires reflect the bank’s growth plans as it targets £500m of new lending over the next six months.
The bank has also recently launched a summer internship programme, offering students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of departments.
Jude Miranda joins with more than 30 years of lending experience, including roles at Shawbrook Bank, Masthaven Bank, Hampshire Trust Bank and, most recently, Glenhawk.
In his new role, he will support the growth of GB Bank’s property lending portfolio, with a focus on maintaining strong credit quality while also enabling agile, high-value decisions.
Alan Fitzpatrick brings extensive operational expertise, having previously held roles including head of mortgage originations at Metro Bank, VP of lending operations at Habito and head of property finance at Nomo.
He will lead the end-to-end lending operations function at GB Bank, helping to drive efficiency, scalability and a strong broker service.
