The new programme is designed to enhance the support provided by the lender’s intermediaries team and strengthen its relationships with broker partners.
The academy plans to offer “bite-sized” training sessions for new broker partners, providing clear guidance on how to package and submit cases effectively — they will also contribute CPD hours towards broker’s certifications.
The firm’s intermediaries team is also undergoing a restructure in a bid to take greater responsibility for early pipeline funding and case referral and oversee the onboarding of new brokers through the academy.
Tanya Elmaz, managing director of intermediaries, at Together (pictured above), said: “This evolution of the Intermediaries team will help us reach and support more of our valued broker partners than ever before.

“Our regional and telephony account managers will also take on broader responsibilities, helping to submit high-quality cases for quicker completions.
“We’re seeing increasing interest from brokers in the specialist lending market, and we’re committed to providing the right education and guidance to support them.”
Together has also restructured its Intermediaries senior leadership team. Michelle Walsh will overseeing commercial finance, and Maeve Ward will lead personal finance, while Chris Evans will look after roving underwriting and Nick Parker will drive forward the team’s relationships with networks and clubs.
