The key objective of the app was to provide registered brokers with time saving features to access up to date case information.

Now a year on, Precise says the app has been accessed over 4,000 times with over 70% of users receiving push notifications.

The specialist lending brand has also seen a pattern of users out of hours and over weekends, helping brokers access case updates at a time that suits them.

Giving feedback on the app, one broker explained that they “love the real time updates, push notifications and keeping updated without hassle of calling in” with another finding value in “getting quick updates or checking criteria on the go very easily”.

“In Q1 this year, the best ever performance for bridging case completions was recorded.
