Matt Pickering (pictured above, left) has joined as internal BDM for the North, based at the lender’s Manchester office, while Hasana Cassamally (pictured above, right) has taken up the role of internal BDM in the Hertfordshire office.
Both report to head of sales Paul Gavin, and started in post on 1st September.
Matt brings more than a decade of property finance experience, including roles at Together Money, Evolution Money and Phillips & Cohen Associates.
Hasana joins from Funding Circle, where she spent four years in business development and broker support roles, working with introducers across commercial mortgages, SME lending and asset finance.
These appointments come as Alternative Bridging plans to launch new products in the coming weeks.

“Matt’s experience and his presence in Manchester give us greater reach across the North, while Hasana brings fresh energy and proven expertise to our Hertfordshire office.
“Growing our sales team ensures we are well positioned to support brokers as our proposition continues to expand.”
