This deal, which is Malthouse Capital’s first institutional funding line, will allow the lender to extend its bridging finance offering to property investors nationwide.
Malthouse Capital said the facility will enable the lender to accelerate lending activity, unlock new opportunities for borrowers and lay foundations for its future expansion.
