Jackie will provide independent guidance, governance expertise and strategic input as the business scales its UK operations and aims to modernise post-offer processes between lenders and conveyancers through its VERSA platform.
With almost 25 years’ experience shaping mortgage and housing policy, Jackie was awarded an OBE in 2010 for services to financial services during the 2008–10 financial crisis, recognising her work in supporting homeowners and lenders.
Jackie currently serves as chair of the Bank of England’s residential property forum and sits as a non-executive director on the New Homes Quality Board, while her previous roles include director of mortgages at UK Finance, and a head of policy at the Council for Mortgage Lenders.
