Reporting to Mihaela Janko, manager of the case management team, Thomas will help to progress applications efficiently from offer through to completion, ensuring brokers continue to receive clear communication and a seamless service.
Thomas joins from his role as completions case manager at West One Loans, where he liaised with solicitors, underwriters and brokers to ensure smooth deal progression.
This latest recruitment follows the lender's expansion of its sales team in September with the appointment of two internal BDMs.
