The joint venture is managed by Praxis Capital, a privately owned UK real estate investor and manager, and Veld Capital, a privately owned European investment firm.
Praxis and Veld Capital acquired the portfolio in 2022 and subsequently implemented a comprehensive refurbishment programme alongside an active leasing strategy.
The six properties are located in established commuter towns around the M25.
