He will work with both brokers and direct business applicants from initial application through to completion, as well as dealing with surveyors and legal professionals to ensure every deal is completed to all stipulated requirements and timeframes.
James, who joins from Salboy where he held the position of development manager, will report directly to deputy head of underwriting Alex Swan.
