Brokers are being offered double brokerage fees throughout the month of June by specialist bridging lender

As an added incentive to encourage brokers to bring the company viable deals, the lender is providing intermediaries with the chance to experience an extra lucrative June.
Gary Clark, Director of Business Development, explained that, for Montello, the aim is to have a busy summer. He said: “As we come into summer, and the excitement for the upcoming Bridging & Commercial Awards are upon us, things are really heating up at Montello!
“We have an increased capacity in the business and on our balance sheet, and we have cash available for quality deals. In an effort to further strengthen our relationships within the mortgage brokerage community, we are offering all brokers double commission fees on deals introduced in the month of June. There are no catches to the promotion; it is simply as it says on the tin: “Double brokerage fees in June”.
“Some of the recent deals that we have done in the last month include a loan against a pub, student accommodation, and a vacant site (with planning). For brokers that have worked with us, we are proving to them that we are aggressive when it comes to chasing good deals – and this is aggressive on rate and the way the deal is structured to best suit the borrower.”
