Precise has issued 961 Approvals in Principal (AIPs) totalling £342,270,000 and has received 288 applications totalling £61,351,000 in the past six months (1st January to 26th June 2012).

Despite only launching into the bridging market twelve months ago, the lender has experienced significant growth since campaigning for transparency and, ultimately, FSA regulation of the residential bridging market. The lender claims that brokers as well as mortgage distributors have reacted favourably to its products and messages.

Alan Cleary, Managing Director of Precise Mortgages, commented: “We are happy with the take up of our bridging products; I’d like to thank the brokers and distributors who have supported us. We always remember they have a choice and we strive to make our proposition market leading.”

    Doubting Thomas

Yes and they completed exactly how much which is what truly counts? - no point talking about submitted business when the majority doesn't get to complete and some so called transparent lenders have much higher fail rates than others
