London-based short and medium term lender Dragonfly Property Finance has today announced that Justin Cooper has joined the firm as a Business Development Manager.

Justin has 25 years’ experience in financial services and has worked across many specialist areas, from offshore investments and IHT planning to, most recently, platforms.

Prior to joining Dragonfly, Justin was at Zurich Financial Services as a Platform Specialist for the south of England. He will report in to Mark Posniak, Head of Sales and Marketing.
