The three per cent commission will be available for all bridging deals including those in the London area, where Bridging Loans Ltd is able to offer monthly interest rates of 0.95 per cent.
Speaking about the announcement, David Levitus, CEO of Bridging Loans Ltd, said: “May 2013 was a record month for us, thanks to our loyal introducers and brokers. As a thank you to them, we are introducing a Special Summer Incentive, whereby our introducers can earn up to three per cent commission on all new cases submitted to us between now and the end of July.
“We are also becoming better known for our development products, both in Scotland and throughout England and, although the underwriting is more involved, including checking the viability of development projects and the technical aspects such as planning and building control, our brokers are still able to earn two per cent commission on these cases.”
As a self-funded principal lender with additional strong funding lines, Bridging Loans Ltd is aiming to further expand its loan book in all sectors of the market – bridging, commercial and development finance.
David added: “On the one hand we are happy to reward our introducers for good quality business, but we are also very mindful of the need to offer our borrowers a very competitive interest rate and a pro-active and personal service. We therefore feel that the whole package is of benefit to all of the stakeholders involved in the lending process.”
