p>Following last year’s resounding success, the Association of Bridging Professional’s (AOBP) first event in 2014 will be held as a networking forum with a lender panel and Q&A. This will provide attendees with a prime opportunity to discuss the current issues facing the short term finance market.

Lenders, brokers, valuers and solicitors can be expected in attendance, as the event opens its doors to AOBP Associates of all membership tiers.

A panel of six influential lenders within the short term finance community will tackle the floor’s questions as part of the completely open Q&A session.  This provides intermediaries and other industry professionals with a platform to address these representatives of the lender community on how to get the best out of the bridging finance market.

Rob Jupp, AOBP Chairman said: “Our April meeting will once again be at one of London’s nicest venues where we expect to continue the theme of previous events by having a full room of attendees watching some of the most vocal and outspoken personalities in the short term lending community discuss the most pressing and controversial subjects in our sector.”

This open discussion format was first introduced by the AOBP in March 2012, in a move to increase transparency within the short term finance sector.

The details of the first AOBP event of the year are as follows:

•    When: Thursday, April 24th 2014

•    Where: The Picture and Private Screening Rooms at The Soho Hotel - 4 Richmond Mews, London, W1D 3DH

•    Timings: 4pm – 5pm Drinks and refreshments, 5pm – 6pm Forum with a panel of six prominent industry figures

Information on the lender panel will be released within the next few weeks.

To register, AOBP Associates should visit the event registration page or call the AOBP Secretary on 0207 316 1822 to book their seats. Non-members are encouraged to contact the AOBP Secretary to sign up and take advantage of attending the Forum.
