The focus of the seminar, which will be held on May 1st at the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) headquarters, will be help introducers and finance brokers make the most of a growing market in the development finance sector and the lucrative opportunities that come with it.

There will be an opening word from Adam Tyler, CEO of the NACFB, who will continue to champion the role of the Association in ensuring alternative finance options for businesses and the brokers that support them.
James Bloom, CE of Regentsmead, will also introduce the lender as a patron of the NACFB as well as a current borrower where the focus will be on a client case study.
The event will have the same relaxed and informal feel as the successful seminar Regentsmead put on last year, ending with a networking session for brokers to make new contacts and catch up with old ones along with a buffet lunch.
There will be a slight change in format from the previous year. 'Bring A Deal' will still be discussed and any deals presented on the day and go through to sign up will be rewarded with a lunch at a top London restaurant.
This year will also see a question and answer session with an expert panel discussing a range of relevant topics of the current development market.
The panel line-up will consist of Adam Tyler, James Bloom, Russell Martin, Managing Director of Finance 4 Business, David Sampson, Operations Director of Omega Commercial Solutions, and one of Regentsmead’s borrowers.
David Sampson said: “I am delighted to be involved in this event with Regentsmead as both a director of Omega Commercial Solutions Ltd and also as an NACFB board member. From Omega’s point of view as brokers we appreciate Regentsmead’s ‘can do’ attitude and speed of response following submission of detailed funding proposals by us for our clients.”
Everyone at the Regentsmead team hopes that this event is as warmly received as last year’s and is beneficial for all in attendance.
Regentsmead is also holding a half-day ‘one stop shop for developers’ event on the 27th March, in conjunction with Checkmate at the warranty provider’s Head Office. James Bloom will be joined by Giles Fallan, Regional Sales Manager of Checkmate and Jane Duncan, who will be revealing her planning tips.
Details of both events can be found at www.regentsmead.com/regentsmead-events.html.
