p>This issue, Medianett reveals all the things we are embarrassed to admit we love and we manage to get certain industry members to own up to theirs, too…

Here is a list Medianett has come up with, showcasing what we think we are most guilty of, as well as combining some of the best admissions from industry professionals.

Pranks in the office - Russell Martin of Finance 4 Business said that he likes to rub very hot chillies on the edge of Marc Turner's coffee mug. Apparently, the Head of Development has a “reaction to anything spicy”! Martin Powell of Heron Way Group also admitted to being guilty of practical jokes, including “getting a broker who kept eating all the office sweets to eat a whole bowl of laxative mints” – ouch!

Over indulging – drinking too much seems to be on most peoples guilty pleasures list, where Russell Martin stated that he liked to crack open a bottle of Brandy in their boardroom with Keith from Capital Bridging, and Jim Nash of Omni Capital is guilty of enjoying numerous pints of doom bar – whatever that is.

Trashy novels – everyone loves to read them, especially on holiday – when no one you know can see you! #50shadesofgrey

Reality TV – it is almost a crime to admit you love watching the X Factor auditions, or religiously catching up with Big Brother

Following reality stars on Instagram or Twitter – because if daily TV coverage of them isn’t enough, we want to have access to their selfies. The Medianett office is definitely guilty to following the whole cast of Made in Chelsea!

Loving music you know you should hate - Sam Johnson of Engaged CRM said: I’m in control of the music in the office and I think all of my colleagues would agree that ‘Boybands’ is my guilty pleasure – a bit of 5ive and McFly never hurt anybody!” Jim Nash of Omni Capital also admitted he is going to see Billy Idol at the weekend as a guilty pleasure.

Going on YouTube for ‘ten minutes’ and staying on there for at least an hour, watching bizarre videos such as cats riding tortoises and the most outrageous marriage proposals.

Bringing in your own sandwiches to work, or even worse, having them made for you by your other half, and then not eating them because the rest of the office bought McDonalds and you got jealous.
