The network, UKPP, which launched in Edinburgh and has since branched out to Glasgow, Aberdeen, London and Manchester, has made further enhancements through its website www.ukdealroom.com alongside a string of events titled ‘Enter the Deal Room’, where the next UKPP event is being held this evening in London.
UKPP has an online membership of over 16,000 professionals and has also revealed that it plans to launch in four further cities.
“We have a unique database of active lenders, which has been developed through our extensive UK Property Professionals network. Each lender has their own specific lending criteria and combined they offer a thoroughly comprehensive range of private finance, including Bridging finance, Development finance, Mezzanine finance and JV project funding,” commented Mark Antscherl, Founder of the UKPP network. He went on to add: “We are now connecting these lenders to our members and extended network through our online UK Deal Room and also through our events.”
The UK Deal Room has been further enhanced with the appointment of Andrew Kennedy as Associate Director Finance. Andrew is responsible for managing enquiries and ensuring they are processed smoothly and efficiently.
The latest UKPP funding event is being held this evening in London, where it will be sponsored by Omni Capital and Regentsmead. The Enter the Deal Room forum will have a main focus on Development Funding, covering deal sizes from £100,000 up to £50 million.
Jim Nash of Omni Capital said: “We have been involved with the UKPP network in London since the launch and we find tremendous value in these events.
“We are delighted to sponsor the forums and support UKPP and the UK Deal Room”
Co-sponsor, James Bloom of Regentsmead, added: “Regentsmead has been involved in several of the UKPP events and are pleased to be supporting the next forum in London. Development funding continues to be an area of frustration for small to medium-sized developers in London, and we find these events an ideal platform to engage with developers and offer them an attractive and quick funding solution.”
