p>InterBay Commercial’s Colin Bell has been appointed as the Product and New Business Director at OneSavings Bank plc.
Colin will also have joint responsibility for Kent Reliance and Interbay Commercial lending, overseeing and steering the groups’ lending portfolio and proposition with direct responsibility for product and business development and sales.
Commenting on his new role, Colin said: “It’s a real opportunity and responsibility to drive our combined lending proposition forward.”
Sales and Marketing Director at OneSavings Bank plc, John Eastgate, felt the development was the next logical step for the growing OneSavings Bank group.
“With Colin responsible for Kent Reliance and InterBay, we will be able to further develop our combined strengths and deliver the most coherent niche lending proposition to our customers,” he said.
Colin’s dedication to InterBay Commercial as CEO over the past eight years was described as fundamental to the business becoming a key player in the commercial and specialist buy to let market.
