p>Specialist lender, Masthaven Finance, has made two new appointments as it aims to deliver a further valued service to brokers.
Steve Brennan has been appointed as Head of Underwriting for the Bridging division and Steve Earthy as Group Compliance Officer.
Managing Director of Masthaven, Andrew Bloom, said this move follows the lender’s policy of employing the best talent.
“We aim to excel at what we do and this stems from building the right team of people enabling us to deliver a valued service to brokers and their clients of which Masthaven can be proud,” he said.
“Steve Brennan and Steve Earthy each have proven track records in their specialist areas. As Masthaven has grown we are very fortunate to be able to appoint the kind of talent they represent, which will enable us to build on our success.”
Steve Brennan has been in the financial industry since 1979 as has spent ten years in senior roles at Credit & Mercantile while Steve Earthy has spent over fourteen years in risk and compliance, including five years with GE Money and more recently two years as an independent business consultant.
Masthaven have also promoted Gemma Salousti and Lizzie Strong to Senior Underwriters, Balbir Jassi has become the Senior Servicing and Collections Advisor and Claudia Cataldo and Anna Meconi have stepped up to Underwriter and Assistant Underwriter respectively.
These changes have pleased Andrew Bloom who added: “We also recognise the contribution and importance of developing our own talent and therefore I’m delighted with a number of well-deserved recent promotions.”
