p>Aldermore has finally launched a bespoke IT system for its bridging arm, which will help its plans to develop its products and proposition.
The lender, which launched into bridging last year, is keen to grow and widen its distribution in order to provide support to its introducing brokers and build and develop relationships specific to bridging finance.
To help with these plans, it has launched an IT system bespoke for bridging, after months of development.
The new system is set to cover all aspects of the deal process in order to speed up completion times for clients.
Pete Byrne, the new Key Account Manager of the bridging arm, commented: “We've built the new system to take into account all of our operations and processes, so from an initial enquiry through to issuing head of terms. The new system will ensure better delivery and turnaround times for our bridging customers.
“This new system will also improve and streamline our processing of our bridge to term products. For example, the sharing of information across our different departments has been improved, which will in turn mean that turnaround times are sped up.
“Since we launched our bridging proposition, we have had plans to develop our products and proposition in the future and this new system gives us the flexibility to put those plans into action more easily.”
Look out for this month’s Commercial Market Report on the 29th January to read more the new system.
