p>Specialist lender London Bridge Plc has helped seal a £395,000 deal for a desperate client who was keen to expand his business.
The six month second charge loan will enable the client, who is a farmer, to carry out essential repair works to his property and purchase land to help his farming business grow.
Commenting on the deal, London Bridge chief Anthony Wall revealed that his team were delighted to have been able to assist the client and help his business flourish.
He said: “We are so pleased to have been able to complete this loan so that our clients [could] enjoy their Easter weekend knowing they can move ahead with plans for the future of their farming business.”
Anthony’s views were echoed by Mike Collins from brokerage Bridging and Commercial Options who thanked the lender on behalf of his client for their hard work.
He said: “It's really fantastic news to see a lender like London Bridge PLC bring a fresh approach to the market in the way that they have. They have enabled our client to move forward with his business.”
