The Birmingham-based expo last week, where Preston-based bridging lender Mayfair Bridging was in attendance, went down as the largest event in the association’s history.
Mayfair stated it took the time across the day to introduce itself to the substantial crowd of both potential and existing customers, where it also explained what it can provide, including advice on its regulated and unregulated loans.
“This was my first Expo despite being trading for fifteen years – I don’t always trust the hype about these things but honestly I was extremely impressed,” commented one Mayfair Bridging representative.
Yasin Patel, a Divisional Director at Mayfair Bridging, added: “I was very impressed with the whole experience and the central location is superb!”
The NACFB CFE held conferences throughout the day in the 200-seat theatre, where the FCA was also present to answer questions about regulation in the commercial sector.
