Paul Chadney will be working across Bristol, Southampton, Devon, Cornwall, Hampshire and Wilshire to help businesses and entrepreneurs gain access to finance.
Paul has 27 years’ experience working in the finance industry, working for Barclays, Santander and Clydesdale, but said he was excited to be starting a new challenge with Together.

“Along with my banking background, I also have experience of running my own business, so really understand the needs of entrepreneurs,” said Paul.
“I believe there’s a gap in the market for supporting those entrepreneurs who have a significant stake to partner with us, but may not have access to funding from mainstream lenders.”
Chris Baguley, Commercial Director of Together, added that the commercial division was enjoying phenomenal growth, and Paul’s expertise would be a welcome addition.
“Paul has vast experience working in the region’s business funding sector and his appointment will help us grow our professional network in this booming region.
“There is a strong appetite for short-term finance across the UK and through this latest appointment we look forward to meeting the growing demand.
“In July 2015 alone, we completed over £22 million in funding across more than 81 transactions in our professional sector and auction finance divisions, and we expect our growth to continue as our team introduces Together to new markets.”
