p>Montello has rebranded to LendInvest Capital with a new logo and website in keeping with the LendInvest name.
Until June this year, Montello and Lendinvest were sister companies with a common share ownership, but a reorganisation saw Lendinvest become the parent of the group of Montello companies.
LendInvest said it had decided to make the change to consolidate its operations and make it clear to investors that LendInvest and Montello were one group.
“We also want to reflect the fact that our funds invest in loans originated through the LendInvest platform, which generates £150m of enquiries per month,” added LendInvest.
“We want to emphasise that we are the same people running the same strategy with the same values and that we feel that the name change reflects our progression as a business.”
