Affirmative Finance: Social media should not be underestimated

Affirmative Finance has been using the power of social media to provide answers to those looking for funding solutions and quick turnarounds.

The lender’s twitter account @AFFFBridging has been a hub of information which has acted as a first stop on finding answers to property and development finance questions as well as keeping up to date with changes in the market.

Affirmative has tweeted about everything from blogs on how borrowers can be best prepared to tackle rising property prices, to how to pursue a career in property development.

Gary Lederberg, Director at Affirmative, felt that the influence of social media should not be underestimated.

“In this ever evolving world of technology and methods of communication, it is important that all businesses, irrespective as to its nature, embrace and acknowledge ‘social media’ and its reach.

“As part of that acknowledgement there must be a balance between the provision of quality information and good, old-fashioned fun. Both are important and that it what we are looking to achieve.”

Ian Harrison, Operations Director at Affirmative, concluded by explaining how the lender’s Twitter account was different to others.

“Brokers and clients alike, like the fact that we provide useful information on how to improve their business with helpful hints and tips, unlike other companies who seem to just give information on the specific field they provide.”
