Jude Miranda, Kris Siva and Robert Mynott have joined HTB and will contribute to its underwriting business across all commercial mortgages disciplines.
HTB provides structured specialist lending to SMEs, trading businesses and investors, and offers bridging and term finance secured against commercial, semi-commercial and buy-to-let properties.
Jude was previously a lending manager at Shawbrook Bank, Kris is an ex-mortgage adviser at TSB Bank, while Robert is a former credit manager at Metro Bank.
Colin Bell, managing director of commercial mortgages at HTB, said: “Jude, Kris and Robert are welcome additions to the commercial mortgage team.
