In his role, Richard will be leading the delivery of a fully-integrated asset finance proposition.
He joins from RBS where he was head of asset finance products and was accountable for their performance, design, and development.
Richard has worked at Lombard, NatWest and Lloyds and has spent almost 30 years in financial services.
