In his new role, he will focus on processing loan enquiries from inception through to completion, visiting sites, instructing valuations and dealing with solicitors to expedite cases as quickly as possible to speed up the processing times.
Kwok joins the firm from FIBR, where he previously worked as a senior underwriter.
Prior to this, he held roles at LendInvest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Atom Bank.

Commenting on his appointment, Kwok said: “I am looking forward to the growth plans for the company, and to help as many brokers and borrowers as possible with their lending needs.”

Kwok’s appointment comes as the lender has seen a tenfold increase in applications since June 2022.
